Steps to Add an IMAP Email Account to the Gmail App:

1. Open the Gmail App:

   • Launch the Gmail app on your Android device.

2. Access Account Settings:

   • Tap the Menu icon (the three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

3. Add Account:

4. Choose Account Type:

5. Enter Your Email Address:

7. Enter IMAP Server Details:

   • Username: Your full email address.
   • Password: Your email account’s password.
   • IMAP server: mail.domain.com
   • Port: 993
   • Security Type: Select SSL/TLS.

8. Outgoing SMTP Server Settings:

   • After setting up the IMAP server, you’ll need to configure the SMTP server.
   • SMTP Server:  mail.domain.com
   • Port: 465
   • Security Type: Choose SSL/TLS (recommended).

9. Complete the Setup:

   • Review your settings and tap Next. The Gmail app will check your settings, and if everything is correct, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can adjust account options (like sync frequency).
