- Open up Webworx's control panel, found here, or by going to our homepage and under Support, clicking on Console.
- Enter your login details, and click Log in.
- You'll be greeted to a screen similar to that pictured below, click on Websites.
- When in the Websites tab, click on FTP access.
Depending on what you want to achieve, you will now take a different path. Press a button below to see the step-by-step for your goal.
- Open into the only present user, found at the bottom of this page, generally named subxxx_xx, with the x's being replaced with numbers.
- Fill in the fields below, ensuring you alter the Username and Password. Once completed, click Okay and your settings should update.
- You'll be returned to the Websites & Domains screen with a notification saying the settings were successfully updated.
- Open into the user of which you want to change the password, users can be found under the FTP accounts subheading.
- Change only the Password field, and confirm your input in the Confirm password field. Once completed, click Okay and your settings should update.
- You'll be returned to the Websites & Domains screen with a notification saying the settings were successfully updated.
