If you have filenames with a special charcter in them, after uploading the files using FTP you will receive a File Not Found error when trying to load them on your website.

This is caused by the FTP client / server not translating the characters correctly.

There are 2 ways to resolve this.
1. Remove the special characters from your filenames and website links

2. Upload the files using the file manager on Webworx Console.
