Webworx will always send a copy of the invoice to your registered email account as a PDF format. Customers are also able to view all their invoices at https://my.webworx.net.au. Please follow instructions below to see all of your invoices.
To view invoices:
- Login to your account at https://my.webworx.net.au
- Select the Client Area tab.
- Click Invoice History.
Account Details:
The account details section displays the current address of the account holder, and the ability to update these details, change your password, and manage credit card details.
Webworx recommends that customers maintain an up-to-date address.
Email History:
Provides a summary of all emails sent and received by our system.
Contacts:
Allows you to add additional contacts to your account and allow them various privileges for various aspects of your account including paying bills, managing domain names etc.
Invoice History:
The Invoice History section displays all invoices with Webworx to be used as reference or for tax purposes. Invoices are may be sorted by clicking on the titles at the top of each column. Invoice options include:
- View the invoices as PDF.
- Print invoice
- Pay Invoice.
Click the Invoice number to view the details of the required invoice.
